2014 Senior Reps

One of my favorite things to photograph are seniors, they bring personality, style, emotion and uniqueness that I absolutely love to capture on camera.  Every year I put together a senior program to get the new year rolling.  Well, I wanted to try something new out.  Instead of having individual sessions, I wanted to roll it all into one!  This way, the girls spend the beginning relaxing and laughing while getting their hair and make up done.  The group shot, created such a different atmosphere, in a better way!  They each seemed so relaxed, energetic and ready to strike a pose.

Through the brisk air, I captured some amazing shots.  I wanted to create a scene that spoke the approach I take for my senior portraits.  While capturing the modern style, I strive to capture a free, natural and emotional shot.  Because every senior is different, I want that difference to speak loudly in their photos.  The senior session is suppose to be about the young women and men they have become, not a breathless snapshot.  I want the seniors to look back on their photographs and relive not only the photo session but also their whole youth.  Their personality, facial expressions, body language and clothing choice should define them 100%.    LIVE FREE!!  BE YOU!
