Rib Lake Fall Wedding | Joe & Carrie

I am so excited to share Joe & Carrie’s wedding.  Their laid-backed, home-made, fall wedding reminds us why we do what we do!! Yes, we did not have sunshine, but that did not stop the plans for Joe & Carrie.  Their outdoor ceremony took place at Carrie’s parents up in Rib Lake.  With her rain boots on, Carrie was brought down to her husband-to-be, the sound and view of the stream made the ceremony magical.  A home-made arch framed the couple as they said “I-do”.

The intimate wedding celebration continued at the Ice-Age Pavilion.  Each table was a different location like the Petrifield Forest and Acadia National Park.  The theme of fall covered the hall and the home made touches didn’t stop with the table numbers.  Carrie and Joe’s mothers made the ice cream bars from scratch.  They looked beautiful and tasted even more amazing.  Another unique tradition Joe and Carrie wanted to keep, was the way they greeted their guests.  As the guests entered the reception, Joe and Carrie served the guests their first drinks.  A fun twist on the receiving line.

We loved every minute of Joe and Carrie’s wedding, and so honored to have captured their intimate wedding!
