Weddings

Don’t we all love picnics and don’t we all love weddings?! So why not combine them!! What an amazing idea! Chis and Heather’s Picnic wedding was casual, laid-back and completely a celebration to remember!

The celebration began with the vows that were shared at St. Mary’s church. Heather surprised her new husband with a beautiful piano piece that surprised and awed everyone at the ceremony! The trolley drove the wedding party to the Granite Peak Sundance Chalet, the reception that contained some pretty awesome decorations!! Tables draped with picnic linens, sunflowers bloomed and brightened the whole room. Music, specific to each table, played to release each table to dinner. A wedding dinner that has now made my favorites list. Hamburgers and brats, a perfect picnic feast! And don’t forget the ice cream bar!! Either monkey tails or ice cream with your favorite toppings!

As the sun dropped and the stars came out, the night sky was illuminated by the warm, crackling bon fire that was the center of the wedding guests conversation. The sounds of upbeat music carried through the walls of the Sundance Chalet, music that was carefully chosen by Josh Duwe.

Truly an unbelievable day!
