So I am very excited to start baking again. I am ready to share some yummy recipes I come across! Today I came across the Cake Batter Pudding Cookies from Chef-n-Training website. In her recipe, she used yellow cake, I had white cake at home, so I used that instead, and it turned out great! I also used the only type of sprinkles I had in the house, so my cookies don’t look much like mini cakes. But over all, the look great and they taste YUMMY!
Stir together flour, salt and baking soda and set aside. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars together. After you are finished the “creamed” butter and sugars should look like thisAdd in pudding package and cake mix and beat until well blended.Mixture after pudding package and cake mix is added (Note: I used white cake mix, it usually asks for yellow cake mix)
Mix after eggs and vanilla are mixed in.Add flour mixture slowly until well incorporated.Mix in sprinkles. (Note: Any sprinkles you want. I would have used colorful sprinkles, but this is all I had!)Roll into 1″ balls and place on greased baking sheet.Bake at 350 F for 10-12 minutes.Enjoy!
